At the Ed Castle, we keep food honest and uncomplicated. It's the kind of pub fare you actually want to eat. Our menu celebrates no-nonsense classics like schnitzels, steaks and fish and chips, alongside fresh, flavour-driven dishes with a modern twist. Everything is prepared using quality, locally sourced ingredients, with options for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets.
